    Our initial sessions will be dedicated to learning about your current wellness and life circumstances then creating a personalized plan to fit your unique needs and goals.

  • Targeted

    Treatment will focus on the desired points of change. I’ll work closely with you to help identify and prioritize therapeutic options and where to start.

  • Integrative

    Mental wellness is layered and there is more than one way to move in this direction. Strategies that may be incorporated into the session include mindfulness, coping skills for helping regulate emotions, dissecting beliefs about oneself, and EMDR. No matter the tools used, a person’s inner wisdom is acknowledged and welcome.

 Outpatient therapy is offered for individuals 18 and older in weekly 50-55 minute sessions. We’ll start with a comprehensive assessment of concerns followed by collaborative treatment planning to identify and prioritize goals. Sessions will include validation, acceptance, and understanding of where you currently are in life paired with tools and strategies for creating desired changes with emotions, thoughts, and behaviors.
